Lighthouses of Ukraine <\/strong><\/p>\n

The coin celebrates navigation facilities, lighthouses. Ukraine is located on the intersection of trade routes of Eastern Europe and the Mediterranean basin with over 2,500 km of shoreline and has dozens of lighthouses, each with its own name, history, and shape. The lighthouses not only serve the shipping traffic, but are a part of Ukraine\u2019s cultural heritage.<\/p>\n

Obverse: above is Ukraine\u2019s small coat of arms and the following legends: \u0423\u041a\u0420\u0410\u0407\u041d\u0410 (Ukraine) (underneath the coat of arms), 2021 (to the right of the coat of arms); in the center is a composition of stylized waves with a fragment of the map of Ukraine with lighthouses marked by dots on the shoreline; the coin\u2019s face value 5\/\u0413\u0420\u0418\u0412\u0415\u041d\u042c (5\/hryvnias) (below against the smooth background); the mint mark of the NBU\u2019s Banknote Printing and Minting Works (to the right of the map).<\/p>\n
